Q1: How long does it take to get a decision on whether I can qualify for finance?
A1: Normally within 3 minutes.
Q2: What if I want to keep the bike but not use the finance?
A2: If the bike has been collected, we cannot refund it. However, if it is within 14 days of purchase, you can cancel the finance without any change and pay for your bike using another payment method.
Q3: Is there a limit I can spend on finance?
A3: Yes - we are only able to offer finance up to £3000.
Q4: Can I call you to make my payment?
A4: Sorry but Klarna can only collect your payments through direct debit.
